Brookhaven offers several accessories and options to supplement and enhance the operation of our instruments

BI-SFS, Sample Filtration System

The new BI-SFS sample filtration system provides a fast and convenient way to clean your light scattering samples, a necessity for samples smaller than 20nm. Utilizing Teflon ® tubing and nonreactive components, the BI-SFS is compatible with most sample filtration needs. Its modular design allows users to change pump heads and speeds to encompass virtually any possible application.

BI-APD, High sensitivity detector

Measurements of weakly scattering small-volume samples is now much easier, more convenient, and less expensive with the 90Plus or the BI-MAS option on the ZetaPlus or the ZetaPALS. Using the optional BI-APD, avalanche photodiode detector, and the BI-SM50, small volume cell, particles with hydrodynamic radii as small as 1.5 nm are now measurable.
